mmm, i haven't seen blue sky in months! i'm jealous! is that the ocean, or a big lake? do you guys have lakes out there is just ocean? if this sounds dumb, please forgive me, but i seriously don't know!

not dumb...i didn't even know that fresh water ran out to the ocean and that there are, therefore, fresh-water beaches (?)...so yes and no, i think that even though this connects to the ocean it is considered part of the sound. and yes, there are lakes here too -- one very close to my house, in fact, that i find myself visiting quite often now that the weather is so incredible!

what does fresh air smell and taste like? i've forgotten that also... it's like i can see the natural beauty of colorado in my mind's eye, but for the life of me i can't remember what it feels or smells like. like those senses have been whiped from the whit-board of my mand and replaced with the taste of diesel exhaust and feel of acid rain... eesh.

i agree! where did our lovely sunshine go? ;o) i have missed the wednesday nites...hopefully we can do some fun stuff this summer.
